Lonnie has over 30 years in the franchise industry working with companies such as Super 8 Motels, Ident-A-Kid, and others. Recognized as the pioneer in the mobile computer and technology service franchise sector, Lonnie was the founder of Computer Doctor the first franchise in its sector, and two other technology franchise chains.
He is also a frequent speaker and facilitator for the International Franchise Association, Franchisor Association of Florida and many other various franchise and business seminars. He is a three time graduate of the MBA program for Franchise Management at the Institute of Franchise Management graduate school, University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN . In 2002, he became a designated CFE (Certified Franchise Executive).

Jennifer R. Stutzriem, CFE, MSP, founder of Roberts Consulting Services (RCS) & FranchiseOperations.com, has over 20 years of progressive experience working hand-in-hand with franchise organizations, startup companies, and clients going through restructuring or organizational change to design operations, organizational development and training programs to promote successful business operations. She works with senior leadership, front line managers, and key staff to develop programs to meet the growing needs of each business unit. Jennifer has also been a Career Coach with Right Management for over 15 years.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, with honors, from University of Phoenix. Her undergraduate work was done at Indiana University, where she received a double major, Bachelor of Arts, in International Communications and Psychology. Jennifer is a graduate of the Franchise Fast Track MBA Program, offered by the International Institute for Franchise Education and Nova Southeastern University, H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. She also holds her certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation from UCLA. Jennifer has served as an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Panel for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She firmly believes that mediation is the best way to prevent unwanted litigation.
Jennifer is also proud to carry her CFE (Certified Franchise Executive) designation with the International Franchise Association (IFA). She has been actively involved with IFA committees and has participated in Franchise Awareness Day on Capitol Hill. Jennifer has taught franchise courses for the IFA and IIFE (International Institute of Franchise Education) in conjunction with Nova Southeastern University in the areas of franchise operations, training, and support programs. She continues to attend seminars and training on a regular basis in the areas of franchise development, leadership and strategic planning. Jennifer holds numerous other certifications in organizational development, personality assessments and training.
Jennifer has been a distinguished participant as both a workshop leader and consultant for the FLA (Franchise License Asia) and the Franchise & License Asia Conference and Expo in Singapore (www.FranchiseLicenseAsia.com). She has also been a featured instructor for the Mini MBA Program for the IIFE and the Philippine Franchise Association www.philippinefranchiseassociation.com. She is an adjunct professor with Southwestern Assemblies of God University and teaches courses in psychology.
Prior to founding RCS/FranchiseOperations.com, Jennifer served in several key roles with New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, the world’s largest training integrator, with over 250 locations worldwide. She continues to create and deliver business skills training program for New Horizons’ clients in critical areas such as: leadership, coaching, communications, organizational change, team building, and managing conflict.
Jennifer has partnered with Lonnie Helgerson numerous times through the past 15 years to work with startups and emerging brands to ensure they have the operational infrastructure to properly support a growing franchise network.
